To simplify the onboarding process, from the initial architectural planning of the store account to its go-live and subsequent extensions, VTEX now provides the Onboarding Guide.

What is the Onboarding Guide?
The Onboarding Guide introduces a set of documentation tracks covering store architecture planning, configurations for go-live, strategies to enhance your business through product evolution, and guidance on leveraging VTEX support services. This guide focuses on the merchant journey, outlining how to strategically plan, set up, and launch their store operations.
The Onboarding Guide is divided into three tracks:
Track name | Description |
---|---|
VTEX store overview | Starts the onboarding journey by guiding you through the process, from selecting an account type and architecture to preparing the store for the go-live phase. Key highlights of this track include Backend integration and Frontend implementation. |
Next steps after the go-live | Presents the execution of unified commerce using platform features and guides you on evolving your store operation post-go-live. This track also introduces VTEX's Add-on products, a series of items available for separate purchases to enable new strategies and business diversification. |
VTEX Support | Details how you can connect with VTEX support throughout your store operation, outlining the procedures for opening a ticket based on the type of support required: technical, financial, and commercial. |
