Open the VTEX App Store and install this app on your store, or run the following command on VTEX IO CLI:

vtex install vtex.google-adwords@1.x

Now, open the app settings on your admin - https://your-store-name.myvtex.com/admin/apps - click on google adwords app, and fill in the Google Adwords id.
