Minor correction to GiftCard Provider Protocol path in the documentation

Some of the GiftCard Provider Protocol endpoints had the /api segment in their paths. This was corrected and the /api segment was removed in the documentation.

Some GiftCard Provider Protocol endpoints had an /api segment in their paths. This was corrected, and the /api segment was removed from the documentation. The affected endpoints are:
